Return Policy
Returnable items must meet all of the following criteria:
- RMA approval number issued by TFC Offroad, LLC
- New & Unused condition; Never installed
- Undamaged and still in original packaging, Ready for resale
For returns due to damage, please fill in the form below and note what is damaged on the product to be considered for a return.
Items that are considered Non-Returnable:
- All items that were made for vehicles older than 2 generation models back.
- Any item that was ordered with custom powder coat option such as but not limited to: bare metal, or any product that has been custom finished.
- Items such as apparel and accessories are not returnable and are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a restock fee of $50 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. All returned items must have an RMA approval number, be in new/unused condition, in undamaged packaging materials and ready for resale. TFC Offroad is not responsible for re-packaging or shipping costs associated with items to be returned. All shipping costs are the customers responsibility. If returned items are damaged, the customer is responsible for any and all repair costs associated.
TFC Offroad does not accept COD shipments and all items will be refused at buyer's cost.
If approved for return and item meets all requirements, TFC Offroad will issue your refund within 30 days of the delivery of the item back to TFC Offroad. TFC Offroad reserves the right to refuse a return on any item and makes the final decision on all returns and refunds. If items are lost in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer and no refund will be issued until items arrive at the TFC Offroad office and have been inspected.
All sales, regardless of the item, are final after 30 days from ship date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested via our website form below.
All cancellations are subject to a restock/cancellation fee of $50 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. TFC Offroad reserves the right to refuse cancellation on any item and makes the final decision on all cancellations and refunds.
Production/Lead times vary and for that reason, no cancellations will be accepted after 5 days from the original order date for any of the following items:
- Any item that ordered for vehicles older than 2 generation models back.
- Any item that was ordered with custom powder coat option such as but not limited to: a bare metal, or any product that has been custom finished.
- Items such as apparel, and accessories may not be cancelled and a refund will not be issued.
- Any item that has already been processed for shipping or has been shipped (Refer to Return Policy)
If you requested to cancel an order that has already been shipped or has been scheduled for shipment, please refer to our Returns Policy above.
Refunds
If approved for return or cancellation, we will will issue your money back within 30 days of return of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item.
